October Reading Salon

Life-Enhancing Anxiety: Key to a Sane World by Kirk Schneider

Facilitated by: Bob Edelstein, LMFT, MFT and Lisa Sloan Strom, LPC

Cost: $0 - $20

Online via Zoom

Join us for our virtual reading salon! We will be discussing Kirk Schneider’s latest book, Life-Enhancing Anxiety: Key to a Sane World.

Kirk is the leading spokesperson for Existential-Humanistic and Existential-Integrative psychotherapy in the United States. We are honored that he was our Fall 2025 workshop presenter.

This will be a great follow up to the workshop, for those who attend, as it will allow for deeper integration of the subject. It will also be great for anyone who has read the book or is interested in the topic.

In this salon we will discuss the value of life-enhancing anxiety and the price we pay if we deny or avoid our anxiety. Come join us as we explore ways to engage with anxiety for the benefit of ourselves and our clients.
