Existential-Humanistic therapy places presence at the center of healing and connection. We aim to inhabit that presence in our work—and we also know there are moments when it’s harder to access or sustain, both with our clients and in our own lives beyond the therapy room.
This experiential session is designed to increase your access to presence in real time through somatic awareness—supporting more reliable regulation, deeper attunement, and greater relational impact in your clinical work. Through guided practice, you’ll engage the lived body as a steady, responsive resource—strengthening your work with clients and naturally extending into the relationships you value most.
Designed for clinicians at all stages, this work builds on what you already know while inviting a deeper trust in your body’s innate wisdom. This embodied presence increases clinical effectiveness and enhances how you engage, respond, and stay connected across the full range of your relationships.
